1. Booking and Payment Policy
– All bookings must be confirmed with a written request and valid identification.
– A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required upon booking.
– For peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter), a 50% deposit may be required.
– The remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment platforms.
– Confirmation and final itinerary will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

– More than 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation
– 60–31 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
– 30–15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
– 14–7 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
– Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
– No-show: Full cost charged (especially for Nile cruise bookings)

Refunds (if any) will be processed within 21 working days after cancellation notice.
3. Flight Issues & Delays
– VeVe Tour is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
– Clients are responsible for confirming their flights and ensuring passport/visa validity.
– Any tour component missed due to flight delays will not be refunded.
4. Health Insurance & Medical Responsibility
– All clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to arrival.
– VeVe Tour is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings.
– Any medical treatment or emergency evacuation will be at the client’s own expense.
5. Children’s Policy
Policy 1: For Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotels
– Under 2 years: Free of charge
– 2 to under 6 years: 25% of the adult price
– 6 to under 12 years: 50% of the adult price
– 12 years and older: Full adult rate
– A maximum of one child sharing the parents’ room is eligible for child pricing.
– If the package includes flights, an additional charge may apply.
Policy 2: For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions
– Under 6 years: Free of charge
– 6 to under 12 years: 50% of the adult price
– 12 years and older: Full adult rate
– For domestic flights or ferry tickets, an extra supplement may apply for children.
6. Complaints Handling
– We strive for complete satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please notify your tour guide or the agent immediately so we can resolve the issue.
– Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of your tour’s end.
– We will respond within 10 business days.
7. Tipping Policy
Tipping is customary in Egypt and is not included in your tour cost. Although optional, it is highly appreciated by guides, drivers, and staff. As a guideline:
– Tour Guide: $5–10 per day
– Driver: $2–5 per day
– Cruise Crew or Hotel Staff: discretionary
8. General Terms
– VeVe tour reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or services for operational reasons or force majeure.
– All tours and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
– The traveler is responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid.
– All information provided on the website and promotional materials is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
– Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
